This policy describes how Vidhi Portal (operator: TBD Pvt Ltd) collects, uses, and shares personal data. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the IT Rules, 2021.

• Usage data: pages viewed, search queries (aggregated and anonymised).
• Cookies: strictly necessary + opt-in analytics.

• Deliver and improve the service.
• Send the newsletter you signed up for (opt-in only; unsubscribe in every email).

Data localisation

Primary database and object storage are hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Edge cache (Cloudflare) may serve cached HTML from PoPs outside India for performance; no personally identifying data is stored at the edge.
